In order to establish your participation at the Symposium, the enclosed registration form and fee (see below) must be received in the LANL Protocol Office by February 10, 2008. Credit card payments will be processed 2 weeks prior to the start of the meeting.

Refund Policy
Prepaid registration fees will be refunded, less a $50.00 processing fee, if notification is received by Februrary 26, 2008. Cancellations received after February 26, 2008 will not be refunded; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
